We promote individual accountability, ownership and responsibility for safety. Our corporate policy establishes clear roles of responsibility for safety. Each manager, team lead and worker has a responsibility to create a safe work environment. Safety is an ongoing process that begins the first day of employment and continues throughout each employee’s career.
